At Kidichic, we want your little ones to love their new outfits, but if a fit isn't quite right, we offer a seamless return process within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Kidichic account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unwashed and unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all boutique tags and labels are securely attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from our portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
